The Cyberdata SEC BPA is 5 year, competitive blanket purchase agreement (BPA) as an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, for software engineering services to define, design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the functionality of applications using the Oracle platform.

Under the BPA Cyberdata is authorized to provide with software engineering services to define, design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the functionality of applications using the Oracle platform, including, but not limited to, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Service Oriented Application Suite, Oracle Business Process Manager, Oracle Web Center, Oracle Universal Content Manager, and Oracle llg Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

The SEC seeks to modernize and consolidate its information technology networks to facilitate online activities and data transmission.
